A Roadmap to New Revenue  – Summer Series

I dare you to name a company that doesn’t want new business. It’s impossible! The economy remains a challenge and even the strongest companies are looking for new revenue streams to insulate their bottom line. Expansion almost always seems like a good idea, but it can be tricky.

Companies that jump ahead without thinking it through face obstacles:
• They spread themselves too thin and can’t manage their growth
• They lose longstanding clients
• They dilute their brand
• They invest in the wrong areas – a costly mistake that will sink a business.
